Title: Low Tide Polzeath
Location: Polzeath, Cornwall

Polzeath is a small village on the headland opposite Padstow and is a haven for surfers due to its easily accessible location and long slow breaking consistent waves. Dolphins have been spotted in the bay along with many types of coastal bird including puffins. Polzeath, is split into two parts – the old and the new, both overlooking a magnificent stretch of golden sand between Pentire Head to the north and Highcliff to the west. The beach more or less disappears at high tide and the car park may disappear too in very stormy conditions.
