DELIVERY & RETURNS

1. Delivery
All goods are made to order, please allow up to 10 Days for delivery. Delivery can only be made to the UK. Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas.
We aim to delivery your order as quickly as possible. However, we do not have control over Courier companies. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it.

UK delivery charges are from: £4.95

If you're local to Tintagel, then you can simply click and collect if that suits you better.

2. Faulty or damaged goods

You must check goods on delivery. In cases of damaged of faulty goods, where possible, this fact must be communicated to the delivery company at time of delivery.
In cases where we advise you to return the goods, we will reimburse you for the delivery costs at the rate of standard Royal Mail parcel delivery. You will then have the option of accepting replacement goods, or receiving a full refund, including the initial cost of delivery. Claims for damage must be made within 3-days of receipt of goods.

3. Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Refund of 'returned Products' lost in transit will not be considered unless proof of posting is supplied.
